PCBA Membership Form, 2008-2009
Please fill out the following form to begin or renew your membership. When you click the "Send" button, you will go directly to PayPal where you can pay with your PayPal account or with a credit card.
We invite new and renewing members who can afford to do so to become sustaining members. If you join at this level, you will receive a thank-you gift in the form of a broadside, artist book, or letterpress book produced by a PCBA member and selected as this year’s thank you gift by the PCBA Board.
